Yesterday was a pretty long day 6.15am flight, which meant I had to leave for the airport at 4am. We had a lunch reception at 12pm for the event. The hightlight for me was receiving the key to the City of Greensboro along with Jackie Edwards, Brooks Johnson and David Oliver.
As I am competing tomorrow today I will swat up on the history of Greensboro and chill in the hotel.
The meet tomorrow will be broadcast on iamsport

ReplyDeleteI never understood what getting the key to the city meant...other than being special. Does that mean you have full access?
Since I couldn't make it up, I will have to tune into iamsport.
