WHY????????????????????????


As I write this post i'm on hold with British Airways customer services. I just happened to look at the Metro newspaper online and saw this headline "Christmas travellers hit by 12-day BA strike" like WTF

Yep my dates fall well in between these 12 damn days. To say I am pissed is an understatement.

Really? Enough of the hard balling what about your customers British Airways?

The website don't tell you Jack and phone line puts you on a 20 min hold.

Update:Tuesday December 15th 3.36pm Wait till tomorrow for a high court decision on a possible injucntion stopping them from striking.
