So it’s been a minute since I blogged about track and what I’ve been up to. For good reason. I have been putting things in place to enable me to purse my next endeavours.

It’s been a learning curve for me. During this period I think I really have grown. I have come to understand my love and appreciation for track and field. But, have welcomed the rest that I have given my body. The last time saw my spikes was the Crystal Palace Grand Prix. Way back in July some time.

I’ve lounged around the house. Caught up with friends and family. Even disappeared for a few weeks. Just got on a plane and dipped out to hotter climates. Once, twice ok three times. It’s good to have international friends. LOL.

And now it’s back to the grind. I’m on the move again (more about that in the coming weeks)

I have been given an opportunity to become friends with an individual who in my opinion is a legend. Its funny how many years ago I read papers and watched video by this person and to suddenly be talking to them on the phone. WOW
So basically I’m on the move. By the end of the month I will have dusted off my spikes and be back in training.

I will say this only once and begrudge even broaching this subject at all. I’m 35 and still want to run. Hell yeah I said it and what? I’m sure a few people will have opinion and comment. I say cool. Whatever!!!

I have a new coach, new approach, and a new attitude.
Let the good times roll.
WOW Look at you
