Its been a minute

Yeah I know its been a minute since I blog.
Well I've been racing and its been going hmmm.  But, now I think its all behind me
I'm currently at the European Teams Cup in Bergen, Norway where I will be running in the 4x100 tomorrow. I really looking forward to it.

Next weekend is Nationals where it really matters.

I will be sure to update on how it goes.
