So 1 week down and not a bad job done if I do say so myself. OK so I have spent a large portion of the week asleep after practice. lol But, that just shows I have put the work in.
I managed to get a good 12 hours in one day. Missed dinner and Oprah at 4pm. : (
Its all good though as coach Seagrave has stepped up practice once. As we have a smaller group this year. There is no hiding place. The attention to detail is welcomed.
I got back into see my Chiro who I have not seen in over 6 months. That session was amazing as he pointed out defects that I had picked up during the summer. My lower back had be locked up for several months. Lets just say I feel like a dash board holla girl now. lol
So more of the same and some for next week whoop whoop.
Well, all in all I would say you had a good week. If we take into consideration the change of time zone, and your body adjusting to that situation, then maybe sleep was the answer. No doubt you will be all the stronger for it next week.
