Seville 1999 was my 1st World Championships. It was the beginning of my crazy journey with Tasha Danvers. There are video Chronicles of this trip. Broken windows, pulled emergency cords in the bathroom. Having reception call 3 times to ask if everything was ok. Yep every thing was fine. I was just hanging my knickers on cord to dry. lol

Danvers and I are terrible together but hey we have FUN

With over 7000 songs on my iTunes this was not a difficult pick for me. Growing up my cousin was a DJ. I was forever round his house mooching through his records. Yes I said records. lol 

This song is simple but (shrug) its up their as one of my fav's. 

Funny thing occurred a few weeks ago. I was out with Tasha Danvers walking down the street. All of a sudden she started singing this song. I gave her a "How you know that song?" look. Her response "I'm old love, and we grew up listening to the same stuff"  lol

It would seem the only way to get me to blog on a regular is to issue me a challenge. The competitor in  raises her head and I'm on it. 


So I will start this challenge on September 1st. I will then be a count down to my birthday. I hope this challenge will not be too hard. As I say I love music. But, we will see

So here is me today its blazing here in Florida. I had to put water down on the track just so I could place my hands and do starts.

3 Good things that happened these past 30 days

1. I had a difficult conversation with a friend. One that I did not want to have but, feel so much better now for having it. There is nothing worse than having thoughts that you don't think you can share. Of course it was not as bad as I imagined. : )

2. I reconnected with an old friend and we are getting on really well. You would not believe we had not communicated in 5 years.

3. I am in great shape.

And with that my 30 day challenge is over.
