Its been forever since I last posted a blog. Twitter has replaced my blogging this summer.
Well anyway. I'm going to try and be more consistent and even change it up a little adding more stuff that's not track related. So be prepared for more quotes (because we all know I love them). I'm not going to go over the last few weeks. I look forward always not backwards. : )
I'm off to Doha this week for the training camp prior to the Common Wealth Games in New Delhi. I'm both excited (to be going to the CWG) but nervous (after seeing the list of things to by in boots, so as not to get sick). Lets just say I have my own person 'First Aid' kit for this trip.
So lets see how long I can keep the effort up of blogging.
