A good friend of mine is getting married this weekend. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it. :(

It wasn't in the year plan. Then suddlenly my diary became empty for this weekend. Hmmmmmmmm

(Nah I cool. Honest!!)

So anyway this morning I gots to thinking about her and the wedding.

I'm sure we have all seen the 'First Dance' clips on You Tube. Well this one is new to me and it made me smile.

Enjoy

Ps 'Sorry I can't make it Isi'

Self healing

My body appears to be being kind to me at the moment.

Self healing is what I'm calling it. The mere fact that I decided to take some time off and chill has paid dividends.

But its about time I jump on an exercise bike and do something with my butt. Before it starts to spread. lol

Quote of the day

Since light travels faster than sound, people appear bright until you hear them speak.

'The grass is not, in fact, always greener on the other side of the fence. Fences have nothing to do with it. The grass is greenest where it is watered. When crossing over fences, carry water with you and tend the grass wherever you may be. Robert FulghumSo

So now what Joice?

You'll just have to keep reading to see what happens.

I have been debating for a while about stopping my blog. The truth is I actually enjoy writing it.

So if you don't mind I will continue.

I'm going to switch it up a little whilst still keeping you up to date with what I'm up to.

R.I.P Bernie Mac

Bernie Mac was a comedic genius. He paid his dues on the comedy circuit for years before getting his big break on Def Comedy Jam. While many people will remember Bernie Mac from his performances in blockbusters like Ocean's 11 and Transformers, Mac was a lot more funny in his own element
