This would help your confidence.

You mentioned venues, consider savvy venues like La Chaux de Fonds. Turner did 11.11 there 1 week after your duel in B'ham 10. This was 3 tenths faster than you, but was it?! You were worth about 11.35 at 100 and 23.25 at 200 in 2010 with the right venue but unfortunately you didn't get these times. The right venues are crucial!
Best wishes,Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4062001273534017588.post-81304926031747611462011-05-27T09:59:23.676+01:002011-05-27T09:59:23.676+01:00@Chels - Thanks for the Good Luck
@Graham - I see...@Chels - Thanks for the Good Luck

@Graham - I seem to be accident prone at the moment. Rolled an under the bed Ikea draw over my big toe yesterday. Yep more blood. lol

Caroline is doing her thing when it comes to races shes the best!

@Dx True on not spraining or breaking. Its pretty much healed now. Was able to train without cover up tape yesterday. I rarely squat with the bar in front. That's 'Gladiator Jade's' thing. The way I am with accidents the bar is just about secure when its on my shoulders. lol Bodies By Joice https://www.blogger.com/profile/10673226613298094895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4062001273534017588.post-90394132925096274152011-05-27T09:58:35.091+01:002011-05-27T09:58:35.091+01:00This comment has been removed by the author. While the flesh wound hurts, at least you didn’t sprain or break it!

Good to see the individual pieces come together into one complete whole. I’ll be sure to check on Hengelo’s results.

And, on the picture; squats done with the bar in front are hard, lol! Do you ever try it with crossed-arms on the bar in front?

Dx

(PS: The word verification thingy says "winee". I watched the Manchester race, I wasn't aware you had fallen down a fire escape! OUCH! Poor, Joice. Hope it's healing up now.

Diamond league apart, I'm not sure how many meets hold a women's 200m. I'm sure your agent will find them. Just don't go falling ass over tit before your next race!! ;-)

Graham.Prestonpoethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08035974100812149066noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4062001273534017588.post-69015878456389047762011-05-25T14:34:34.115+01:002011-05-25T14:34:34.115+01:00Best of luck to you in races coming up soon!Best of luck to you in races coming up soon!Chelseahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11991414596044893915noreply@blogger.com
